How Supply Chain Mgt Excellence Drives Profitability & Valuation Enhancement: Banks’ & Investors’ Views

Panel Discussion Moderated by Joe LaMantia.

This year, NESCON’s annual panel discussion will focus on economic consequences of supply chain management decisions. We are thrilled to bring to you a panel of accomplished financial & supply chain experts, from activist shareholder, private-equity, and troubled-company turnaround disciplines.  Our panel moderator Joe LaMantia, will ask our diverse background / economically focused panelists, to share their thoughts about:

  • Overall supply chain issues that should be addressed in in a high interest rate, high inflation world, full of supply chain risks and uncertainties.
  • Supply chain mistakes they have witnessed, which seriously damaged companies, valuations, and shareholder value. *Perhaps they will also share decisions that “could have” been made, to preclude or mitigate the substantial negative results.
  • How supply chain performance can positively impact enterprise values. *Perhaps they will clarify both the direct and indirect linkages between supply chain decisions, and the manifestation of share value improvements.

*Although NESCON programmers never know where these panel discussions will go, they are always interesting, lively, and educational.  Perhaps that is why these panelist sessions are so highly rated each year.  Please join us in this sure-to-be insightful journey.
