
Bruce Marsh
Bruce has over 30 years of experience working with organizations to achieve their business improvement goals. Across both the public and private sectors, Bruce has successfully completed 100’s of projects that share a common purpose – to enable organizations to enhance their operations in a way that reduces complexity, and achieves meaningful and measurable business benefit.
Bruce’s primary areas of expertise include:
- Process improvement and LEAN Thinking,
- Organizational assessment,
- Supply chain and procurement,
- ERP information system selection,
- Project and change management, and
- Implementation planning and execution.
He has worked across North America and Europe, and has previously held senior management positions in both manufacturing and healthcare. He routinely works with multiple Boards/Directors, senior executives, and all levels of management and front-line staff.
Over the years, Bruce has worked with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, IBM, and MNP. He has managed his own consulting firm since 2015, and is a past ASCM Chapter President.
