Brianna LaGuardia
Keeping the customer happy is always the goal. Without the right suppliers, the customer will not be happy. As such, I love to dig into supplier problems and solve them. That is my contribution to the success of the company.
Ever since I was a young child, I always strived to solve problems. My passion was steered towards social issues. I organized fundraisers and social events to help children, people with illness, those affected by a tragedy, and underprivileged individuals. I thrive on helping others and going beyond with every task. Self-motivation, organization, communication and impact measurement were qualities I learned early on. To solve problems, I focused on key results. Otherwise, I was wasting everyone’s precious time.
Most recently, I have been assisting in a project to reduce recidivism by enhancing and expanding our re-entry system for justice-involved individuals. My background in organizing and managing social marketplaces continues to prove fruitful. I recently rescued a dog and have become a regular at the local dog park where I continue to meet new people. His required attention has taken away from my daily workout schedule but he is worth it.
