In nearly all cases he was brought in to develop and lead significant change and improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Dan was on the Board of Directors of Olive Crest, an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse. He has also been involved in the Orange County Rescue Mission, and was once on their leadership staff where he helped raise $10 million for the Village of Hope, a comprehensive facility for homeless families located in Tustin, CA.<\/p>\n<p>Dan has a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from Point Loma University, and a Master\u2019s Degree in Leadership from San Diego State University. An avid mountain biker and road cyclist, he has been married to Wendi for twenty-six years. They have three sons, two of whom were adopted through the California Foster System.
