{"id":7483,"date":"2025-06-27T18:36:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T22:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newenglandsupplychainconference.org\/?post_type=event&#038;p=7483"},"modified":"2025-06-27T20:11:33","modified_gmt":"2025-06-28T00:11:33","slug":"closing-keynote-escaping-the-silo-strategic-supply-chain-leadership-in-the-new-economic-world","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.newenglandsupplychainconference.org\/wp2025\/event\/closing-keynote-escaping-the-silo-strategic-supply-chain-leadership-in-the-new-economic-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Closing Keynote: Escaping the Silo: Strategic Supply Chain Leadership in the New Economic World"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Closing Keynote: Escaping the Silo: Strategic Supply Chain Leadership in the New Economic World<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supply chain management faces a critical nexus. \u00a0Companies are now following the two divergent supply chain management paths. \u00a0Both result from dramatic changes that have taken place since the Pandemic (i.e., beginning in 2020) for both physical supply chains, and in managing the supply chain function within organizations. \u00a0Both paths are important, yet both paths point to very different future states.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most importantly, we believe these changes have effectively made obsolete much of the thinking and much of the work published prior to the Pandemic.
