He recently completed his Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, whereby his thesis primarily focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) Algorithms in Supply Chain Demand Forecasting. Prior to his time at MIT, he was the Head of the Western Hemispheres&#8217; Chemical Sourcing &amp; Procurement Team for Fortune 500 energy services giant &#8220;SLB.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">With over a decade of industry experience, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise in managing cross-continental teams across many pillars of industry, including sourcing, planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, supplier management, logistics, reconciliation and field operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Ryan believes in the power of cross-functional teams and cultivates environments where excellence is a habit, and diverse perspectives are valued. His approach is deeply rooted in his heritage, whose &#8220;melting pot&#8221; of culture inspires resilience, teamwork, creativity, and a vibrant work ethic.<\/p>\n<p>He is interested in private equity, mergers &amp; acquisitions, and artificial intelligence.
