His focus includes Sales and Operations Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Risk Identification and Mitigation, Process Improvement, Negotiation, and\u00a0Customer Service Management.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bold\">Rich teaches:<\/p>\n<p class=\"bold\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Operations Management,<br \/>\n\u2022 Supply Chain Management,<br \/>\n\u2022 Marketing,<br \/>\n\u2022 Organizational Management and<br \/>\n\u2022 Managerial Economics<br \/>\n-at the graduate and undergraduate levels for Endicott College, Northeastern University and Lesley University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bold\">He is a corporate trainer for Cape Cod Community College&#8217;s Center for Corporate and Professional Education, specializing in leadership and management development.<\/p>\n<p>Rich&#8217;s long history of community involvement includes leadership positions with national, regional, and local social service organizations, helping to improve their strategic, financial, and operational performance.<\/p>\n<p>Rich earned an MS in Management from Lesley University, and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. A practitioner turned educator, Rich has more than 25 years of practical experience, in all facets of procurement and supply chain management, for Boston area high technology manufacturers. He writes and speaks extensively on issues impacting the global supply chain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bold\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Rich is past president of the Purchasing Management Association of Boston (ISM-Greater Boston) and<br \/>\n\u2022 Recipient of the Harry J.
