Lisa Morris

Lisa Morris leads all aspects of Supply Chain for Virgin Galactic.  She is responsible for directing and planning the entirety of our supply chain initiatives, policies, and objectives, including leading the Virgin Galactic procurement, inventory, and distribution teams. Most recently Lisa has focused on securing contractors, to supply the major subassemblies for Virgin Galactic’s Delta Class spaceship.  Lisa’s leadership in selecting and defining these partnerships is crucial to the company’s goal of scaling production, producing up to six spaceships per year.

Lisa joined Galactic with more than 25 years of leadership experience in supply chain operations, marketing, and product management.  Most recently Lisa worked at Honeywell Aerospace, where she was the Senior Director of Integrated Supply Chain, leading at the contract manufacturing operations center and engines program.  During her tenure there, Lisa built relationships with premier suppliers, managed 140 employees at 6 locations, and was effective in increasing performance and revenue.

Lisa holds a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Arizona.
