Mr. Abburi consults with CEOs and companies regarding strategy and leadership, people strategy and human resources, organization, and change. His transformation work included his recent work with Zurich-based HOERBIGER Group and US-based Dawn Foods in leading the organization elements to anchor transformation of traditional businesses into digital business models. This included customer process design, organization model, leadership capabilities, technology road-maps, and the future of work. He has been part of leadership teams and core decision teams in multiple M&A’s in Germany, Poland, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the US, and Mexico. He was also part of the start-up leadership team for Coca-Cola and Walmart’s entry into India.
Hari defines agility as being at the speed of the customer. Based on his model for agility, he has developed a one-of-its-kind program on business strategy and leadership, Leading at the Speed of the Customer.
Mr. Abburi’s extensive international experience includes advising Aeon Asia-Pacific, Astra Zeneca Asia Pacific, Bank of America Global, Big C & Carrefour Thailand, Coca-Cola Malaysia, CIMB Bank Southeast Asia, Franke Global Switzerland, Glaxo Smith Kline Asia Pacific, HOERBIGER Global, Kimberly-Clarke International, Maybank Malaysia, Media Corp Singapore, Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore, PTT Thailand, and Sberbank Europe.
Hari is also the Global Director of the Caltech Executive Education program, and Executive Education Faculty for Strategy, Leadership, and Transformation at Caltech. He is also a Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.
