Dan Raatjes
Dan Raatjes has spent the past 25+ years in strategic leadership roles, helping companies improve their quality, efficiency, and agility, through sourcing, supply chain, and operational best practices.
He is an experienced leader in the areas of:
- Organizational and people development,
- Business strategy,
- Process improvement,
- Supply chain management,
- International sourcing,
- Complex negotiations, and
- Advanced manufacturing practices.
His experiences and roles include:
- Managing Partner, JSM Equity Advisors
- SVP & Chief Operations Officer at King’s Hawaiian Holding Co. – King’s Hawaiian
- Vice President of Supply Chain Management – Lennar Corp.
- Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing – Conexant Systems
- Manager of Supply Management – Advanced Micro Devices
Dan has experience in the aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, non-profit, homebuilding, and food manufacturing industries. In nearly all cases he was brought in to develop and lead significant change and improvements.
Dan was on the Board of Directors of Olive Crest, an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse. He has also been involved in the Orange County Rescue Mission, and was once on their leadership staff where he helped raise $10 million for the Village of Hope, a comprehensive facility for homeless families located in Tustin, CA.
Dan has a Bachelor’s Degree from Point Loma University, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from San Diego State University. An avid mountain biker and road cyclist, he has been married to Wendi for twenty-six years. They have three sons, two of whom were adopted through the California Foster System. Dan and his family live in Flowery Branch, GA.
