Please keep in mind that the online registration is available only
through October 1st. After that date, you will have to print the registration form (from
this link), and fax the
completed form (including payment/credit card information) to 480-752-7890
(Attn: Shauna Lafanette) no later than Thursday,
October 3rd @ 3 PM. After that time period, you will need to do a walk-in

Registration check-in opens at 4:00 pm on Sunday 10/6, giving you plenty of
time to pick up your registration materials before the scheduled conference
events begin. Conference registration will also be open Monday, 10/7 from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm.
