Anthony Avallone
Managing Partner/ Recruiter, Reitman Personnel
 Anthony joined Reitman Personnel in 1993 upon graduating from Southern CT State
University. He manages Reitman's recruiting staff and places temporary,
permanent and executive level candidates at a full-time pace.
He is past President of the Professional Business Association and was a “40
Under 40” honoree in 2001. He currently serves as Chairman of the Branford
Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is the 2004 recipient of the Branford
Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award and 2007 Val Karlawish Award.
He is instrumental in the management of the Reitman Management and Leadership
Institute. Anthony has helped consult with many of the areas leading business
leaders, in respect to strategic hiring and the development of the “10 steps to
a successful hire”. To his credit, he has successfully completed over 400
searches, in his 15 year career, with an industry shattering 93% retention rate.
Anthony recently developed a new program to address the current economic
changes, and the impact it is having on today’s professional. This program has
been well received, and speaks directly to the issues that each of us face in
this time of great uncertainty.
He is instrumental in the management of the Reitman Management and Leadership
Institute.
